A Different Figure You May See
Minute Mirror’s page for 27 October lists 24K gold at Rs419,000 per tola and 22K at Rs384,188 per tola, the same in Lahore, Islamabad, Karachi and Peshawar. It gives no source and no change from the previous day. These numbers are lower than the Sarafa Association rate, so they may come from a different market or time of day, and I did not use them.

- Karat: Ask which karat the item is. 22K jewellery is cheaper per gram than 24K.
