An Australian woman from Altona, Victoria, has won a lottery jackpot exceeding $670,000 by using a set of numbers that appeared to her in a dream.
According to officials from The Lott, the woman purchased her ticket for the April 12 Monday & Wednesday Lotto drawing on The Lott’s website while she was away from home. She only discovered her win of $670,566.65 when she checked her online account balance several days later.
The fortunate winner shared that her numbers originated from an unusual source. “I always play these numbers. They were in a dream, I remembered the numbers from my dream and put them all on a Lotto ticket,” she explained. “We’re still deliberating on how to make the best use of the prize, but it will certainly alleviate a lot of financial pressure.”
