In addition to these measures, the government has set forth a vision to establish 5,000 joint e-working centers across the nation. In a parallel effort, the government is taking proactive steps to encourage foreign investment within the IT sector. Accounts that were previously establish in foreign countries will be transfer to Pakistan. Furthermore, Dr. Umar Saif has articulated his intention to visit Saudi Arabia to explore investment prospects in the IT sector. This diplomatic mission seeks to strengthen bilateral ties and attract foreign investments for the further development of the IT industry within Pakistan.
