However, with the passage of time app continued to develop more and more exciting and useful features for users. However, most of the users like to spend most of the time on Instagram, while many gets tired and want to discontinue the journey of using this app. That’s why we are going to discuss with you how to delete Instagram account safely with making important data secure.
Before delete of your account:
Before deleting your account on Instagram keep in mind that you required to secure or save your posted data and content. And you need to save data manually as Instagram does not allow users to save photos while offline as Facebook allows. You can save data manually by following these simple steps:
- Take the screen shots of photos or images you want to save.
- Post images or photos to other app like Facebook to download them offline.
How to delete account on safely?
Following instructions will guide to you to delete account permanently.
- Log in to your Instagram account using mobile browser (not Instagram app)
- Search for a page, “Delete Your Account” or Click on or type the following URL: https://www.instagram.com/accounts/remove/request/permanent/
- Instagram will ask a question that why you want to delete your account, choose your answer.
- After submitting answer red bar will appear, “Permanent delete my account”.
- Now you need to re-enter your password and and click on “Permanent delete my account”
- Your account will delete with in 30 days after your request of deleting account. But it will not appear to other users during this period.
Note: If you delete your account permanently once, you will not able to restore this account with posts, DMs etc. Then you have to create new account. You can also deactivate account temporally by selecting “Temporarily disable my account”.
