Pakistanis can Buy Island in Scotland for PKR 5.3 Crore:
A little island situated off the southern coast of Scotland is up for sale at a price above 5.3 crores PKR. The island, named Barlocco, is located in Fleet Bay, approximately nine miles from Kirkcudbright in Dumfries and Galloway. It does not have any buildings or infrastructure, except for a flood pond that serves as a source of water for animals and other species during the winter season. The island boasts a pebble beach that can be access on foot during low tide, and where boats can be anchor or beach.
Barlocco is one of the Islands of Fleet, along with Ardwall Island and Murray’s Isles. The sale is being manage by Galbraith, who is describing it as a “rare opportunity” for anyone who wishes to own an island. The 25-acre property is a popular tourist destination, with breathtaking views and the region’s largest seabird populations. Aaron Edgar, who is handling the sale for Galbraith, stated that Barlocco Island is located in a truly magnificent location and falls under an area of scientific interest both biologically and geologically.
Having a private Scottish island still associated with a highly romantic notion, providing a peaceful escape from the daily grind amidst breathtaking scenery. The island’s pebble beach is a delightful spot to start exploring the island, taking a dip in the chilly water, or having a picnic by the water after mooring a boat.
