Google is working on self-sharing new feature which will allow users to share data with yourself. Google is updating Nearby Share feature, after this update it will allow users to share data with other devices. This self-sharing new feature will merge into Nearby Share and it is going to launch soon.
Nearby Share feature is helpful for transfer files instantly like videos and music files to Chrome OS and Android devices. It works similarly as Apple’s Airdrop feature works. But Self Share will help in sending files without cables, online services or other third party software across your own devices.
Recently google aimed to launch extension of Fast Pair to Windows PC. It will cause users to set up Bluetooth accessories, share file and sync text messages easily with the help of Nearby Share features.
Nearby Sharing- Self Share feature was first reveal by ChromeStory and still it is under development.
