AHJK Resident Gifted Entire Property to Maryam Nawaz :
Zahid Hussain, an individual, has voluntarily signed an affidavit to declare his intention of bestowing his property to Maryam Nawaz without any external influence or coercion. According to the terms outlined in the affidavit, Maryam Nawaz will inherit 50% of the property, excluding the portion designated for Zahid Hussain’s children and other heirs. Upon the presumed demise of Mazhar, another mentioned heir in the document, Maryam Nawaz will become the sole owner of the entire property.
In addition, Hussain expressed his desire for Maryam Nawaz to utilize the land for constructing a hospital or for other charitable purposes.
The affidavit stands as proof of the transaction and bears the signature of the property owner. Maryam Nawaz expressed her gratitude for this gesture and acknowledged being deeply touched by it.
