Chocolate is delicious and desired universally as anyone wants to chocolate as much as possible especially children loves to eat. But it is not affordable for everyone on shops. So if you want to make chocolate at home follow these simple steps.
For making Dark Chocolate
- Take Coconut oil= 1/2 cup
- Cocoa powder= 1/2 cup
- Vanilla extract = 1/2 tea spoons
- Honey= 3 table spoons
Step no 1: Take all mentioned gradients in desired quantity.
Step no 2: Take saucepan and pore coconut oil to melt it at light flame.
Step no 3: After melting oil add mentioned quantity of honey and vanilla extract and provide continuous stirring to convert it into syrup.
Step no 4: Now mix cocoa powder into this mixture. Use spoon to mix powder evenly.
Step no 5: Remove from heating flame and keep stirring until syrup become thick. When it looks smooth and glossy pour into molds.
Step no 6: Keep mixture for cooling in a refrigerator for 1 hour. And your delicious dark chocolate is ready.
For making Milk Chocolate
- Take Cocoa powder= 3/4 cup
- Milk powder= 1/4 cup
- Powdered sugar= 1 cup
- Chocolate extract or vanilla= 1 tea spoon
- Cocoa butter= 3/4 cup
Step no 1: Keep saucepan at low heat with double boiler functions.
Step no 2: Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl and place on the sauce pan.
Step no 3: Now add cocoa butter in mixing bowl and melt it completely with continuous mixing with spoon.
Step no 4: Next, add cocoa powder into the butter and keep mixing.
Step no 5: Add milk powder in desired quantity and mix continuously to avoid lumps.
Step no 6: Keep stirring and add vanilla extract and sugar to the chocolate mixture.
Step no 7: Next put this mixture into the silicone molds.
Step no 8: Cool this mixture in refrigerator for 2 hours and finally your milk chocolate is ready to eat.
