The radio show, known as ‘Al Khat Al Mubasher’ in Arabic or the ‘Direct Line’ show, has gained popularity in the emirate due to its focus on addressing the concerns and issues faced by the people. Since its launch in 2006, the program’s host has been reaching out to various government departments or officials to seek solutions and responses for the problems raised by the residents.
